Battery is the willful and unlawful use of force upon another.<\/p>\n

Por ejemplo, una pelea t\u00edpica entre dos individuos es un delito menor, que conlleva una pena de hasta noventa (90) d\u00edas de prisi\u00f3n y una multa de hasta $1,000.00. <\/p>\n

El asalto y agresi\u00f3n con un arma peligrosa es un delito grave, punible con prisi\u00f3n de hasta diez (10) a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n, as\u00ed como con la imposici\u00f3n de una multa monetaria. <\/p>\n
